Raw Material Processing Section: The material first enters a horizontal mixer, where the components are thoroughly mixed according to the formula. The mixed material is then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a forced feeder—this equipment uses a screw to evenly push the material into the extruder hopper, ensuring continuous and stable feeding. For lumpy or agglomerated raw materials, a chain crusher is added before mixing for pre-crushing.
Extrusion Molding Section: This is the core of the production line. The double roller press granulator consists of a pair of opposing rotating alloy steel rollers. The roller surfaces are laser-hardened, providing excellent wear resistance. After entering the extrusion zone between two rollers, the material is compressed into dense flakes or blocks under hundreds of tons of pressure. The extruded cake then enters a double-roll crusher, where it is cut into particles of a predetermined size. The crushed material then enters a drum screen for grading.

Screening and Packaging Section: Particles with a qualified particle size (usually 1-5mm) enter the finished product silo, where they are automatically weighed, sealed, and stacked using an electronic quantitative packaging scale. Unqualified fine powder and large particles are returned to the mixer or extruder via a return conveyor belt, forming a closed-loop cycle and achieving 100% material utilization and zero waste.
The entire production line has a compact layout and a capacity ranging from 1.5 to 50 tons per hour. Compared to wet granulation, the extrusion granulation line eliminates the need for thermal equipment such as hot air furnaces, drum dryers, and coolers, reducing civil engineering investment by approximately 40%, and achieving a comprehensive energy consumption of only 12-18 yuan per ton of product. The equipment offers high operational flexibility, with the extrusion pressure infinitely adjustable via a hydraulic system to adapt to the molding requirements of different materials.
