At the roller granulation production line site in Laiyang, Shandong, four roller extrusion granulators are arranged in a parallel layout along the longitudinal direction of the workshop. The units are connected by belt conveyors, forming a complete granulation production line. From the material flow path, powdered raw materials first enter a horizontal mixer for mixing, and then are transported by conveyors to the feed hoppers of each granulator unit. After being extruded by the double rollers, the material enters the crushing and screening chamber. Qualified finished granules flow out from the discharge port, while unformed powder is returned to the mixer for reuse through the return system. The equipment is installed on a concrete foundation, with the frame secured by ground holes. Electrical control cabinets and maintenance access are located around the perimeter. Cables are visible laid along the ground, and some equipment is still undergoing wiring and debugging. The four units are configured in parallel, allowing for independent adjustment of output or matching different roller dies according to raw material characteristics, forming a batch production mode.
