On-site observation of a powder mixing production line in Malaysia: Stainless steel feeding box and manual feeding station
The feeding box is supported by a green metal frame that forms a two-level working platform. The platform is surrounded by yellow safety railings to prevent falls. A staircase with yellow and black warning stripes leads to the second-level platform, allowing operators to access the bag-opening and feeding operations. Several workers can be seen installing and debugging the equipment; some are adjusting the feed inlet position on the platform, some are handling cables on the ground, and others are using hoisting tools to move parts. This station design fully considers the convenience and safety of manual operation, providing a front-end guarantee for subsequent large-scale mixing production. Near the wall, there is a white cylindrical storage tank for holding liquid additives. It is equipped with a water pump and hose, which connect to an interface on the side of the feeding box. This allows for the proportional addition of liquid additives during production, ensuring a uniform mixing of fertilizer nutrients.
