Double Screws Compost Turning Machine Maintenance Key Points
1. Daily Cleaning and Inspection
After each operation, promptly clean organic fertilizer residue from the spiral blades and machine frame to prevent material buildup and corrosion; check the spiral blades, chains, bearings, and other key components for looseness, wear, or deformation, and tighten or replace any abnormal parts immediately.
2. Lubrication and Maintenance
Regularly lubricate the bearings, chains, gears, and other transmission parts of the double screws conpost turning machine with special lubricating oil. The frequency should be adjusted according to the operating intensity (usually check and replenish every 50-100 operating hours); ensure that there are no leaks in the lubricated parts and prevent dust and impurities from mixing with the lubricating oil.
3. Replacement of Wear Parts
The spiral blades are core wear parts. If they show severe wear, bending, or breakage, they should be replaced promptly to prevent affecting the composting effect and equipment stability; check the tension and wear of the conveyor belt (if equipped), adjust the tensioning device or replace damaged conveyor belts.
4. Electrical System Maintenance
Regularly check the insulation and tightness of the motor, control cabinet, and wiring connections to prevent moisture-induced short circuits; clean dust from the surface of electrical components to ensure good heat dissipation and avoid malfunctions caused by overheating.
5. Long-Term Shutdown Maintenance
If the fertilizer produciton machine is to be shut down for a long period, thoroughly clean any remaining material inside the machine and apply anti-rust paint to metal parts; place the equipment in a dry and ventilated indoor area or cover it with a rainproof shed to avoid exposure to rain and sunlight.
