The horizontal fertilizer mixer relies on a "structure-driven + multi-dimensional mixing" operating mechanism. A motor drives the mixing components, and combined with a special structural design, it achieves efficient and uniform mixing of fertilizer materials, adapting to various fertilizer mixing needs. The specific mechanism is as follows:

1. Power Transmission and Material Feeding: The horizontal fertilizer blender is powered by a motor paired with a reducer, driving the single-shaft, double-shaft, or ribbon-type mixing components inside the cylinder to rotate smoothly. Materials are simultaneously fed into the horizontal U-shaped cylinder through multiple feed inlets at the top in proportion. The feeding speed can be adjusted as needed to avoid uneven initial feeding affecting the mixing effect, and the enclosed cylinder prevents dust leakage.

2. Multi-dimensional Convection for Comprehensive Mixing: This is the core operating link. In the case of a double axis mixer model, the counter-rotating spiral shaft drives the material to convect axially, and the pushing direction can be adjusted by the motor rotation; the 45°-60° spiral angle of the blades drives the material to tumble radially, forming a three-dimensional mixing. For ribbon mixers, the inner and outer ribbons rotate in opposite directions. The outer ribbon pushes material from the cylinder wall towards the axis, while the inner ribbon pushes material from the axis towards both ends, creating a continuous convection circulation and ignoring stratification issues caused by differences in material specific gravity and particle size.

3. High-efficiency discharge and reduced residue: After mixing, the bottom discharge port is opened via a pneumatic valve or butterfly valve, allowing material to be quickly discharged under the pushing force of the stirring components. Some models can discharge in both directions. The material residue rate can be as low as 0.1%, and unqualified material can be recycled and re-stirred. The mixing uniformity can reach over 95%, making it suitable for mixing various fertilizers such as organic fertilizer and BB fertilizer.
