How to effectively increase the output of half-wet material crusher

To increase the output of half-wet material crusher, it can be systematically promoted from five dimensions of "raw material pretreatment, equipment selection and configuration, operation parameter optimization, maintenance and technology upgrade". The specific measures are as follows:

1. Raw material pretreatment: Drying fresh chicken manure and other high-humidity materials to a moisture content of 40%-50% can significantly reduce the probability of wall sticking and clogging. Add magnetic separation and screening devices at the feeding end to remove stones, metals and oversized blocks; mix high-humidity and high-fiber materials with dry materials and powders in proportion to balance humidity and viscosity and improve fluidity.

2. Equipment selection and configuration: Prioritize the special semi-wet material crusher with spacious crushing chamber, large rotor diameter and large screen area to ensure smooth discharge. Equipped with intelligent variable frequency motor, the speed is adjusted in real time according to the humidity and hardness of the material, which can not only ensure the output but also reduce energy consumption.

3. Operation parameter optimization: Use vibrating feeder or screw feeder to achieve "small amount and multiple times" uniform feeding to avoid instantaneous overload. For materials with high hardness and high humidity, the speed should be increased appropriately. Under the premise of ensuring qualified particle size, try to widen the screen aperture to reduce over-crushing and increase throughput.

4. Maintenance: Clean the crushing chamber, screen and discharge port residue after the shift; check the temperature rise and abnormal noise of blades, belts and bearings. Check the blade wear of organic fertilizer equipment, sharpen or replace it in time; lubricate bearings and transmission parts; tighten bolts. Check the dynamic balance of the rotor, correct or replace unbalanced parts; check the heat dissipation and overload protection of the motor.

Through the above comprehensive measures, the output of the semi-wet material crusher can be increased by 15%-30%, while reducing energy consumption and failure rate, and achieving efficient, stable and continuous production.
