Peanuts are an indispensable delicacy on our wine table, whether it is eaten raw or cooked, it is a good dish. We plant a large area of peanuts every year, so a large number of peanut shells are produced every year, and we usually either throw them away directly or burn them, which causes a lot of waste and pollution every year. In fact, peanut shells contain a lot of crude protein, crude fat, crude cellulose, hemicellulose and a lot of soluble carbohydrates, which can reach more than 90% of the nutrients, is a good organic fertilizer raw materials. These peanut shells can not be fermented by traditional methods to produce organic fertilizer, and the traditional method is not complete in the fermentation of peanut shells.
