Precautions for operating a drum screener machine
1. Preparations before operation: Ensure that the drum screener machine is in a stopped state, turn off the power switch, and conduct necessary mechanical inspections. Check whether the distribution box and various safety protection devices are in good condition. Check whether there are any ores or other debris in the drum screen. If so, they must be cleaned up thoroughly before operation.
2. Operating steps: Before starting up, conduct a no-load test run first to ensure there are no abnormal sounds. After the equipment starts to operate normally, load the materials evenly into the feeding port until it reaches full load. When a fault is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance. Before the maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and a dedicated person should be assigned to supervise.
3. Precautions for operation: The organic fertilizer equipment should be started without load. It is strictly forbidden to start it with materials. It is strictly prohibited for iron substances in the materials to enter to avoid breaking the axle. When starting up the machine, the operator should stand in a safe area of the equipment. When the machinery is running, it is strictly forbidden to remove any debris from the mechanical equipment. It is also prohibited to insert hands or other foreign objects into the machine.
4. Maintenance and Care: Regularly inspect the interior of the equipment to ensure that all components are securely fastened and that there are no abnormal conditions. Repair them promptly. Regularly check the lubrication condition of the equipment and add lubricating oil to keep the equipment running smoothly. Regularly clean the inlet and outlet ports of the equipment to prevent them from being blocked by materials and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Shutdown operation: Before shutting down, the feeding should be stopped first. Only after all the materials in the equipment have been screened should the power be turned off. After the machine stops, clean the residual materials and screens inside the equipment to ensure the interior is clean.
By taking the above precautions, the safe operation of the drum screen can be ensured, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged, and the safety of the operators can be guaranteed at the same time.
