5. Rotary dryer

6. Rotary cooler

Drying materials are transported by belt conveyor and feeding into the rotary cooler, the cooling process mainly involves the use of wind fans to feed natural air into the cooler through pipelines to cool the materials. 

7. Rotary screener and automatic packing machine

Materials were screened after cooling, and the large particles of materials are crushed were transported into granulator with the sifted powder by the return belt for re-granulation, and the finished products enter the coating machine and automatic packaging system for packaging. Granules packing machine is used for the quantitative packing of fertilizer granules. It consists of automatic weighing and packing machine, conveyor, sealing machine and feeder, high weighing accuracy, convenient operation. Packed fertilizer will be stored for sale.
