Features of rotary screener machine:
(1) The screening efficiency is high, because the equipment is equipped with a plate screening mechanism. During the screening process, no matter whether the material entering the separation screen is sticky, wet or impurity, the relative movement of the screening machine and the screen body cannot stop the screening. Thus, the screening efficiency of the equipment is improved.
(2) The entire screening mechanism with a good working environment is designed in a sealed dust jacket, which completely eliminates the phenomenon of dust flying during the screening process, thereby improving the working environment.
(3) When the low-noise equipment is running, the noise formed by the material and the rotating screen is completely isolated by the sealing dust jacket, so that the noise cannot be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, thereby reducing the noise of the equipment.
(4) The equipment screen with long service life is composed of several round flat steels with a size of 16 mm × 12 mm, and its cross-sectional area is much larger than that of other separation equipment screens, thereby improving the service life.
