A: ①The riding wheels are worn out. Repair or replace rollers according to the degree of wear.
②Gear wear. You can fix, remove and replace the gears according to the wear rate of the rotary drum fertilizer granulator.
Q: The gears are misaligned. How to adjust its position?
A: ①The pinion gear is worn out. Install the pinion in reverse. If both sides are worn, you need to replace the new gear of the drum fertilizer granulator. ② The intermediate joint between the large gear and the cylinder is damaged. You can adjust the joints.
Q: The cylinder shakes. How to reduce vibration?
A: The connection between the supporting wheel and the base is damaged. Adjust the joint and tighten the coupling nut so that the roller is in the correct position.
