1. Installation:
After purchasing the organic fertilizer double roller granulator, take the granulator as the main machine, determine according to the number of units, install it according to the process flow chart, find the elevation and place it horizontally, the frame has corner holes, and can be installed on concrete (solid vibration does not requires a very stable concrete foundation).

2. Adjustment:
(1) Axial docking: It has been adjusted during installation. Generally speaking, adjustment is unlikely. When adjustment is required, tighten or loosen the glands on both sides of the passive bearing seat, and push the displacement of the eccentric sleeve to correspond to the drive shaft roller.
(2) Roll gap adjustment: In npk manufacturing process, sometimes it is necessary to increase the output or the bite angle, and then two key gaps can be added to increase the gap between the driving shaft roll and the passive shaft, the steps are as follows: close, remove the double bearing seat frame , Adjust the double bearing seat adjustment plate to the required thickness, the roller can not collide, at least keep it between 0.3-1mm.
(3) Adjustment of ball and socket alignment: The ball socket of the organic fertilizer dry roller granulator is formed by the alignment of the dimples on the main roller surface, and there are problems of axial alignment and axial alignment;
(4) Axial docking process: Loosen the 6 connecting bolts between the passive gear and the adjusting sleeve, so that the adjusting sleeve adjusts the sleeve and the passive gear. Since the design takes into account a ball and socket adjustment and is equipped with two adjustment bolts, the displacement can be adjusted regardless of the amount of displacement. Since the ball socket is too small, the carton board is placed between the two rollers during adjustment. After rolling, it can be seen whether the adjustment has achieved the purpose. When correct, 8 connecting bolts can be tightened.
