The process can usually be divided into: raw material ingredients, raw material agitation, raw material granulation, particle drying, particle cooling, particle grading, finished product coating, and final product packaging.

The main equipment used is:
1. Mixer: Stir the well-mixed raw materials to improve the uniform fertilizer content of the fertilizer granules.

2. Fertilizer granulator machine: The uniformly stirred raw material is sent to a granulator for granulation (a drum granulator can also be used, and a roller press granulator can also be used).

3. Dryer: The granules made by the granulator are sent to the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the granules, increasing the strength of the granules and facilitating storage.

4. the cooling machine: the temperature of the fertilizer particles after drying is too high, easy to agglomerate, after cooling, easy to bag storage, and transportation.

5. Screening machine: The cooled particles are classified, and the unqualified particles are pulverized and regranulated, and the qualified products are sieved out.

6. Coating machine: The qualified product is coated and coated to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.

7. Finished packaging machine: Store the finished bag of the coated film in a ventilated place.
