1. Before starting the machine, heat it up for about 40 or 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where the motor V-belt is pulled by hand until it is free; pull it continuously for eight to ten times according to the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about 10 minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to supplement heat; according to different properties of plastics, different temperatures are adjusted.
2. When the granulator of chicken manure organic fertilizer works normally, the temperature of the granulator should be kept stable, and it should not be high or low. The temperature should be about 200 ℃ near the vent hole until the machine head.
3. After the granulator runs, the feed should be even. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine should be matched properly. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of particles.
4. When the machine is shut down, the main engine should be cut off completely. The screw plug with wrench must be removed. Preheat separately before next use.
