Working Process
1. Horizontal Mixer
It is mainly used to mix raw material. The polypropylene-lined plate or stainless steel plate makes it no material-sticking and stands wear and tear, it has the advantages of compact, easy to operate, stirring evenly, easy to discharge, etc.
2. Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine that can make material into a particular shape. It is one of the key equipment of the compound fertilizer industry, which suitable for cold or hot granulation and mass production for high and low concentration compound fertilizer. The main mode of work is granulation with wet granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted in the cylinder after being humidified. In a certain liquid phase, the rotating movement of the barrel is used to make the extrusion pressure of the material into the ball.
Rotary Cylinder Dryer adopts the means of cylinder marginal transmission, flange connection, directs heat transfer. It is the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the geothermal energy and get best drying results.
4. Rotary Cooler
Its structure is basically same with rotary dryer. Fertilizers entering from the inlet and cooling air entering from outlet join adversely. The fertilizers of low temperature will be discharged through outlet after transferring the heat to the cooling air. It adopts the design of countercurrent cooling and can decrease pollution and improves the working environment. 
5. Rotary screener is the common equipment in the production of compound fertilizer, which is mainly used for the separation of finished products and reclaimed materials, and can also realize the classification of products, so that the finished products can be evenly classified.
