1. The organic fertilizer double roller granulator has low energy consumption: extrusion granulation is the granulation of materials at room temperature. Compared with other granulation methods, it does not require drying measures such as fuel oil and gas. The production requires only electricity and a very small amount of cooling water (for roller cooling), only about 30 kW/h per ton of product.
2. There is no need to add additional binders: other granulation processes are basically wet processes, and there must be a drying process, corresponding to high energy consumption and high product moisture. 5.
