When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the back end of the drum, and the unqualified material is discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum.

Preparatory work before trial operation:

1. After installation and inspection of organic fertilizer screening machine, it can be put into trial operation of organic fertilizer production line. Before trial operation, it should be carefully checked whether the components are correctly installed as shown in the drawings, the fasteners are reliable, and there are obstacles to the operation of the drum screen around the screen body.

2. Open the rectangular overhaul door, and observe whether there is card friction in the comb screen mechanism by manually rotating the tray screen. If so, adjust the bolt.

3. Check whether the bearing seat and gearbox are well lubricated and whether the oil level of the gearbox is appropriate.

4. The power connector should be solid and reliable, well insulated, and properly grounded.

Operation and maintenance of roller screening machine:

1. When driving, you must first open the cage drum screen, and then open the feeding equipment.

2. Three days before the boot, check the fasteners of the cage drum every day. If they are loose, they should be fastened in time. In the future, cage drum fasteners can be inspected and processed regularly (weekly or half a month).

3. The bearing seat and gearbox should be regularly checked for lubrication, and timely refueling and oil change. Large shaft bearings use No. 2 lithium grease, under normal circumstances, add grease every two months, the filling amount should not be too much, otherwise it is easy to lead to overheating of the bearing, should be cleaned once a year and checked once.

4. When the equipment is closed for a long time (more than 30 days), the insulation of the motor should be shaken to avoid burning the motor.
