What equipment is included in the production of granular organic fertilizer?

Generally speaking, the complete set of equipment of organic fertilizer production line mainly consists of fermentation system, drying system, deodorization and dust removal equipment, crushing system, batching system, mixing system, granulation system, screening system and finished product packaging system. If you want to carry out npk manufacturing process, the equipment is also applicable, so the equipment requirements for each link of the organic fertilizer production process are as follows:
Fermentation system of organic fertilizer production process is composed of feed conveyor, biological deodorizer, mixing mixer, special lifting and turning machine and electrical automatic control system;
The key equipment of the drying system includes belt conveyor, rotary drum dryer, cooler, induced draft fan, hot blast stove, etc;
The deodorization and dust removal equipment is composed of a settling room, a dust removal room, etc, free drawings are provided, and free guidance is provided for customers to build;
The crushing system includes some new semi-wet material crushers, LP chain crushers or cage crushers, belt conveyors, etc;
The batching system includes an electronic batching system, a disc feeder, a vibrating screen, and 6-8 kinds of raw materials at a time;
The mixing system is composed of horizontal mixer or disc mixer, vibrating screen, mobile belt conveyor, etc;
The granulation system of the organic fertilizer production process requires the use of granulator equipment. Optional granulator equipment includes: double roller granulator, disc granulator, flat film granulator, bio-organic fertilizer spherical granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, rotary drum granulator, polishing machine, special granulator for compound fertilizer, etc;
The screening system is mainly completed by a drum screening machine, which can be equipped with a primary screening machine and a secondary screening machine to make the yield higher and the particles better;
The finished product packaging system generally includes electronic quantitative packaging scales, hoppers, automatic sewing machines, etc. In this way, the fully automatic non-intermittent production of the organic fertilizer production line can be realized.
