Its red pulleys on the side work seamlessly with the green motor, and below it, directly opposite, is an upward-sloping conveyor with red side guards, giving it a robust and durable appearance. Moving upwards, on the second-floor platform, the gray-white vertical mixing tank appears particularly massive. The green reducer is already in place above the tank, and transparent flexible hoses hang from above, surrounded by yellow guardrails and ladders that tightly enclose this high-altitude piece of equipment. These three components are indispensable in the process: from the black pulverizer breaking up solid materials, to the stainless steel microfilter separating the liquid phase, and then to the transport of the filtered liquid phase to the high-level mixing tank for homogenization, they form a complete "solid-liquid two-phase" front-end processing system. Once the final wiring and pipe sealing are completed, this module will directly provide standard feeding conditions for subsequent ribbon mixing, roller extrusion granulation, disc granulation, or packaging systems.
