As a general-purpose belt conveyor, the belt conveyor is improved by a fixed belt conveyor. It is mainly used in the process of grain production, processing and transportation.The specific specifications and models are selected according to the production site. It has the characteristics of good passability, convenient movement and lifting, and simple operation.

Belt conveyors have many advantages in fertilizer manufacturing process. First, they operate reliably. Secondly, the conveyor has low power consumption, which is beneficial to reduce production costs. Moreover, the transmission line is adaptable and flexible, and the line length is determined according to needs.Therefore, we also need to carry out conscious maintenance of the belt conveyor during use, to extend its service life and improve economic efficiency.

The conveyor belt should be kept clean during use and storage to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow immersion, to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, etc., and one meter away from the heating device. The storage temperature should be kept at 18 when stored. Between -40 °C, the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80 ° C. During storage, the conveyor belt must be placed in a roll, not to fold during the period should be flipped once a quarter.

Conveyor belts of different types and sizes are not suitable for use together. The joints of the belts are preferably glued. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be reasonably selected according to the conditions of use. The running speed of the conveyor belt is generally not more than 2.5. Meters/second, large block size, high abrasive material and fixed discharge device should use low speed.

The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the belt layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission roller, the reversing drum and the groove angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.

The feeding direction should be in the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when the material falls, the chute should be adopted to reduce the material falling distance. The conveyor belt receiving section should shorten the idler spacing and use the buffer roller as the leakage material. The belt is compliant with a soft and moderate baffle plate to prevent the baffle plate from being too hard and scraping the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
