Bio-organic fertilizer production process

In simple terms, it is divided into the following steps:
Pre-treatment: After the compost material is transported to the yard, it is weighed by the scale, sent to the mixing and agitating device, mixed with the production and living organic wastewater in the plant, and the compound bacteria are added, and the fertilizer moisture and carbon-nitrogen ratio are coarsely adjusted according to the raw material composition. Post-treatment: The finished compost product is further sieved, and the sieved materials are separately treated according to the high and low moisture content. After the granules are granulated, they are sent to a dryer heated by biogas in the biogas digester, dried, and the medium and trace elements are added in proportion, and then mixed and mixed to form a finished product, which is packaged and stored in the bio-organic fertilizer production. The process is sold. The sieve material is returned to the pulverization process for reuse.
