The bucket elevator is a conveying device for vertically lifting materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, small floor space, low maintenance cost, high conveying efficiency, stable operation and wide application range. The bucket elevator has a wide range of applications and is suitable for vertical conveying of granular and powdery materials such as grain, food, feed and mining industries. In the production of fertilizer, the bucket elevator has a high lifting height, a large fertilizer conveying output and a fast lifting speed.
          

In fertilizer production, the bucket elevator is important equipment in the conveying process. The bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of materials with a bulk density of less than 1.5t/m3, such as coal, cement, crushed stone, sand, fertilizer, grain and the like. The hopper picks up the material from the underlying storage, as the conveyor belt or chain lifts to the top, turns around the top wheel and then flips down, and the bucket elevator pours the material into the receiving trough.

The drive belt of bucket elevator is generally made of a rubber belt and is mounted on the drive roller and the redirecting roller. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with an organic shell to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
