Note on the use of flat die extrusion granulator:
1. When using it, it should be noted that there should be no hard objects such as stones and iron blocks in the raw materials. After the roller is working for more than ten shifts (8 hours for one shift), it is necessary to apply the high-temperature grease on the bearing to make the roller work well and extend the bearing life.
2. During the granulation, it is strictly forbidden to contact the embossing roller and the template.
3. If the particles are broken or not pressed properly, the crude fiber material formula should be reduced to less than 50%.
4. When granulation, no granulation or no discharge occurs, the template should be removed, and after the hole is open, some fiber materials can be added to restart granulation.
5. The tightness of the belt should be checked frequently, and the gearbox leaks oil and the oil seal is replaced in time.
