Organic fertilizer equipment must be well maintained in daily use, so as to prolong its service life. Let's take a look at the maintenance secrets of organic fertilizer production equipment.
1. Keep the workplace clean. After each organic fertilizer equipment experiment is completed, the residual plastic sand inside and outside the granulation leaves and granulation pot should be thoroughly removed, the plastic sand and flying objects scattered or splashed out of the organic fertilizer equipment should be cleaned, and the exposed organic fertilizer equipment processing surface should be wiped. Apply anti-corrosion paint and wear corresponding shields to avoid secondary intrusion of dust.
2. The organic fertilizer equipment has no external oiling holes, and the gears and worm gears are lubricated with special butter for organic fertilizer equipment. The upper and lower gears should be buttered quarterly. When refueling, the gearbox cover and gear shaft cover of the starting group can be opened. The oil should frequently drip into the sliding surface between the gearbox and the bracket.
3. Always pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer machine, there should be no serious abnormal noise and dry sound, let alone metal friction sound. If any abnormality is found, the inspection should be stopped immediately, and it can be used only after troubleshooting.
4. Regularly check the standard clearance between the granulation cylinder and the granulator.
5. When maintaining the organic fertilizer granulator (double roller granulator, rotary drum granulator, etc.), when updating the organic fertilizer granulator or granulation leaves, the working gap should be re-measured each time and adjusted several times. It can be used normally only after meeting the requirements.
6. If the organic fertilizer machine cannot operate according to the stroke controller, check the power supply voltage, power plug socket, connection plug socket, etc., and check the internal fault of the controller.
