Granular potash fertilizer production equipment raw materials: powdered potassium oxide (0-0-60) or powdered potassium sulfate (0-0-50); magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide bitter soil powder: fillers, including clay, bentonite, gypsum, etc.
(1) Stir and dissolve human water, magnesium oxide (or ferric sulfate), magnesium oxide (or ferric sulfate), and potassium fertilizer production equipment into a solution, then add powdered magnesium oxide in a certain proportion, and stir evenly to form the required magnesium hydroxide hydrate (or sulfate hydrate).
(2) Potassium fertilizer production equipment add powdered potassium chloride or potassium sulfate to a rotary drum granulator or a double roller granulator, and spray wine in proportion. Hydrated magnesium oxychloride (or hydrated magnesium oxysulfide) is a granulation aid, and the addition amount is 0.5%~10.0% by dry weight. At the same time, the potash fertilizer production equipment can continuously granulate into balls through steam, and then dry, cool, and sieve to obtain the finished granular potash fertilizer.
