When installing the motor, the foundation should be leveled, the level of the motor spindle should be corrected, the center line of the groove corresponding to the two pulleys should coincide, and the pulling force of the triangular belt should be appropriate.

Check the lubrication of the transmission part of the screener machine, rotate the transmission part by hand, and observe whether the rotation is flexible and normal. Check whether there is collision between material trough and funnel of screening machine. Finally, check whether the connection of the motor and the control box is correct.
