Distillers grains are by-products of the wine industry, large and concentrated. The grain of distiller's grains is divided into white distiller's grains, beer grains and alcohol grains. The latter two have high nutrient content, and the content of crude protein in dry matter is about 28%. It is rich in amino acids, vitamins and various trace elements. The nutrition is relatively rich, but their acidity is high, easy to spoil and deteriorate. If not treated in time, it will inevitably pollute the environment. Distiller's grains are good organic fertilizers. Mixing it into the soil can effectively increase the weak acid state of the soil, make the small particles of the soil coagulate and improve the soil aggregate structure, which is beneficial to the fertilizer, water and gas permeability and root system extension of the plant.


The specific practice of using organic fertilizer equipment to turn distiller's grains into fertilizer:
(1) Flatten the land one month before planting, spread the slag on the surface of the soil about 10 cm thick, and then mix the distiller's grains together with the tumbling soil evenly into the ground, only need to be aged for one month in the soil. And fermenting, you can plant crops or flowers.
(2) Mix the damp distiller's grains evenly into the volume ratio of 0.5-1% urea (or 1-2% ammonium bicarbonate), and stack it on the cement floor to cover the plastic film for more than one month of fermentation, which can become a highly fertile organic "humic acid" fertilizer and can be used as an excellent base fertilizer for cultivated plants.
(3) Mixing 10-20% of the chicken, duck and pig manure into the damp distiller's grains, and stacking it on the concrete floor and covering the plastic film for more than one month, it can become a highly fertile organic fertilizer, which can be used as an excellent farmhouse fertilizer for plants.
(4) The barren soil rich in trace elements is finely ground, mixed into the wine slag with a volume ratio of 2-3 times, and fermented in a humid state for 3-6 months, which can become a good mature soil for potted plants and flowers.
