Manufacture of cow dung organic fertilizer and compost turning machine process

It is an economic and practical method to produce organic fertilizer from cow manure in cattle farm. The organic fertilizer manufacturing process uses modern composting fermentation technology to harmlessly treat manure waste.

The fermented materials are quickly decomposed, sterilized, deodorized, dewatered, and dried, and the fermentation cycle is 7-8 days.

Under the action of the vertical and horizontal traveling mechanism of the compost turning machine, the scraper of the multi-tooth plate structure at an angle of 45 degrees with the bottom of the pool will pick up the fermented materials continuously and gradually and transport them to the highest point along the bottom of the pool. Throw it down, make it pile up again and produce a certain displacement. Turning the pile twice a day will complete the whole pile turning process of continuous aerobic fermentation.

The daily fermented materials (1 / 8 of the daily treatment capacity of the fermentation tank) are transported from the end of the fermentation tank with a forklift truck. The space vacated at the front end of the fermentation tank (1 / 8 of the daily treatment capacity of the fermentation tank) is supplemented with new fermentation materials, thus forming a continuous fermentation process. The materials out of the pool are piled into material piles and stored, and the secondary fermentation (10-15 days) is carried out to further decompose and remove some moisture. The entire production process of organic fertilizer is different from the manufacturing of npk fertilizer.
