Organic fertilizer granulator is mainly used for coarse fiber granulation, such as: wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, cottonseed husks, weeds and other crop straws, domestic garbage, factory waste, low bonding rate, difficult to form materials granulation,it can also be applied to low temperature granulation such as biofertilizer production,organic fertilizer manufacturing process and NPK compound fertilizer production.
Working principle:
The new type organic fertilizer granulator adopts high-speed rotation, and the material is flipped at high speed with the cylinder, which can make the powder form a bond under high-speed movement, and continuously realize mixing, granulation, spheroidization and compaction in the interior to achieve the purpose of granulation. The shape of the particles is spherical, the particle size is 0.5 mm to 5 mm, the granulation rate is 80-90%, and the water content is 35% to 40%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted by the speed of the rotor. The lower the rotation speed, the larger the particle size, and the higher the rotation speed, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa.
Organic fertilizer granulators are also suitable for granulation in the following ranges:
1. Bio-organic fertilizer granulation with grass charcoal, lignite, organic fertilizer sludge and straw as raw materials;
