Introduction to the production of organic fertilizer from earthworm manure

Earthworm manure is a high-quality organic fertilizer known as the “king of organic fertilizer”. The manure has good long-term fertility, aeration, drainage and water retention, and comprehensive nutrients. It contains not only various elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc, but also contains various trace elements such as iron, manganese, zinc, copper and magnesium and 18 kinds of amino acids. The organic matter content and humus content can reach about 30%. At the same time, there are about 100 million beneficial microflora per gram, and more valuable is the inclusion of antagonistic microorganisms and unknown auxins. Through the action of probiotics, it can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the soil and inhibit the occurrence of soil-borne diseases. So how to produce organic fertilizer using earthworm manure?

The first is raw material fermentation
The required materials are first mixed, and the tank type aerobic fermentation process or the strip type composting fermentation can be used to ferment the material and become soft. After fermenting and decomposing raw materials, harmful microorganisms and eggs in the material can be killed during the high temperature stage of fermentation to prevent them from adversely affecting the growth of earthworms. The quality of material fermentation is directly related to the high and low yield of earthworm, so we must pay attention to it.

After the trampoline is completed, the fermented materials are placed in the trampoline, and the stacking height is about 20 cm. Each square can raise 1-2 million earthworms, and the dung and cockroaches can be collected every ten days.

Collection of manure
The collection of manure is often carried out in parallel with the harvesting of earthworms. The collection of manure is mainly collected using the characteristics of afraid of the sun. First, the cockroaches and feces are placed in a place with sunlight, and they are continuously drilled down, so that sputum can be collected layer by layer. The second is to use mechanical separation of sputum and feces, mechanical separation method to separate, and then collect sputum.

Fermentation of earthworms manure
The fermentation grooves are used for the continuous fermenting of the sputum, and the feces are mixed with the fermenting bacteria. The faeces in the grooves are turned over once a day by a compost turning machine, and the fresh feces are fed from the groove side, and the fermentation is finished. Material is sent from the other end of the groove.

Drying of manure
The moisture content of the harvested manure is about 40%. Under normal circumstances, it is dried by natural drying method and artificial drying method.

At this time, the manure can be used directly. If you want to make more money, you can also carry out further processing of granulation and packaging of the manure by organic fertilizer production equipment.
