Process and plan for producing 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer production line per year

 Let's see the organic fertilizer production process conditions and process settings.


The use of livestock and poultry manure and industrial wastes is 150,000 tons, and the actual annual production of finished organic fertilizer is about 100,000 tons. The production process is as follows:

First, Production process
1. Ground strip pile, ground turner, or fermentation tank for material, slot type throwing machine.
2. Evenly spread the microbial agent, turn over the fermentation to reach the temperature, smell, decompose, and kill the germs.
3. The fermentation is 7-12 days, depending on the temperature of each place, the number of times is different.

5. Use a grading sieve for the screening of the thickness. (The filtered powdered fertilizer can be sold directly).
6. The large pieces that have been screened are crushed by a pulverizer and returned to the grading sieve.
7. Mix the required trace elements with a premixer.

9. Into the dryer and cooler.

Second, fertilizer manufacturing process
1. Ground turner, or trough turner:the ground turning machine does not need to build a trough, and directly piles the materials into a pile, and adopts a wheeled turner to ride the straddle to carry out the pile fermentation.Using trough fermentation, according to your production scale, 6 fermenters with a length of 6 meters and 40-50 meters should be built, and the fermented materials should be continuously put into the fermentation tank, and the turning and polishing can be carried out by using a turning machine to control the water and stir. Uniform purpose, which can save a lot of labor. It can achieve the goal of full maturity.
2. Forklift:use the shovel to move the fermented organic fertilizer to the semi-finished product storage area, so that it can be used to treat the fermented organic fertilizer by the turn-over machine every day.
3. Screening machine:the fermented organic fertilizer is sieved, and the large pieces and impurities in the inside are separated for easy smashing and packaging.
4. Crusher :the large pieces of impurities and stones in the screened organic fertilizer are separated and pulverized, so that the appearance can ensure the quality of the product.
5. Premixer:the premixing of the sifted and pulverized organic fertilizer ensures the stability of the product quality, and at the same time plays a role in mixing the production of special fertilizers and various compound fertilizers when adding fertilizers and trace elements.
6. Granulator. the material is granulated.
7. Dryer, cooling machine:the granules are dried and cooled.
8. Packaging machine:the organic fertilizer granules are directly granulated and sold.
