Is the rotary drum granulator and spray granulator the same?

The urea melt-spraying and granulation process rapidly melts urea, pressurizes and measures it with a submerged pump, and sprays it onto a powdery material containing phosphorus and potassium in the granulator. Features of spray type fertilizer granulator machine:
(1) The ball forming speed is fast, the particles are uniform, and the yield is generally above 80%. The particles are round and the surface is smooth.
(2) High concentration, high nitrogen, single nitrogen element can be blended to more than 28%.
(3) The particle strength is high, generally reaching more than 16 Newtons, and it is not easy to powder.
(4) The drying temperature is low, which saves 1/3 of coal-fired coal mines, and the water content of the product is low.

The main working method of the rotary drum granulator is wet granulation of pellets. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotation of the cylinder is used. , so that the squeeze force between the material particles agglomerates into a ball. It’s one of the key equipment in the NPK fertilizer production line.

Features of rotary drum type fertilizer granulator machine:
1. The ball forming rate reaches 90%, there is a small amount of returned material, the returned material has a small particle size, and can be re-granulated;
2. Steam heating is used to increase the temperature of the material, so that the moisture content of the material is low after ball formation, and the drying efficiency is improved;
3. Use rubber engineering plastic as the lining, the raw materials are not easy to stick to the cylinder, and play a role of anti-corrosion and heat insulation;
4. Large output, low power consumption, low maintenance rate and convenience.
