Compound fertilizer refers to chemical fertilizers containing two or more nutrients. The compound fertilizer has the advantages of high nutrient content, less auxiliary components and good physical properties. It is very important for balanced fertilization, improving fertilizer utilization rate and promoting high yield and stable yield of crops.

  When in NPK fertilizer production,some customer want to coat some materials with the fertilizer granules to prevent particles from clumping or make the fertilizer release slowly.then the coating machine will be used to coat the materials,usually,they are paraffin, gypsum etc.the screw conveyor will bring the materials into the coating machine to be coated with the fertilizer granules.



  The rotary coating machine can be lined with polypropylene or acid resistant stainless steel in the main engine. The coating agent is adhered to the surface of the granule with a powder coating machine or a liquid melting pot. Its coated granules are uniform, round, beautiful appearance and good effect. It is commonly used equipment in organic fertilizer production line, NPK compound fertilizer production line, and BB fertilizer production line.

  The screw conveyor mainly includes spiral blade, machine slot, and hanger, feed and discharge port, transmission device and so on. It is used for conveying powder or small pieces of material into the coating machine. It is not only used in fertilizer industry, but also grain transportation, building materials industry, chemical industry and so on. It has the advantages of simple structure, small cross section area, good sealing performance, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and convenient for closed transportation.

  Of course,some customers choose to coat something with the granular fertilizer,some not,it depends on the needs,when in organic fertilizer production,there are also some customers choose to use the coating machine,but mostly use in the NPK fertilizer production plant.
