Technology of slow release fertilizer particle coating machine

The complete equipment of rotary coating machine is composed of conveyor, mixing tank, oil pump, main engine, etc., and adopts powder powder or liquid coating process. After coated, the particles can effectively prevent the agglomeration of compound fertilizer. Working principle of fertilizer coating machine

The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is matched with the large gear ring fixed on the body to work in the opposite direction. The granules made by the fertilizer granulator are transported by a belt conveyor, added from the feed end, and passed through the inside of the barrel of the coating machine. Mix with powder (or liquid) and flow out from the discharge port.

The structure of fertilizer particle coating machine can be divided into five parts:

1. Bracket part: the whole rotating part of the machine body is supported by bracket, which bears large force. Therefore, the roller frame of the machine is welded with medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict quality control and special process requirements, which has achieved the purpose of the machine. In addition, the more important thing is the supporting wheel fixed on the shelf. Considering the great friction between the supporting wheel and the rolling belt of the machine body, our factory specially selects special anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, which greatly improves the service life of the machine. The supporting wheel frame also adopts the casting integrated technology. In addition, the four corners of the carrier frame are provided with a lifting hook for convenient loading, unloading and transportation.

2. Transmission part: the transmission part of the whole granulator is particularly important for the work of the whole body. The transmission frame is welded with special channel steel, and has passed strict quality requirements, with reliable quality. The motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt and reducer to drive to the main shaft to make the body work. The transmission reducer and the main shaft work part are driven by the nylon pin coupling.

3. Big gear ring: fixed on the machine body, gear with the transmission pinion to drive the machine body to work. It adopts high-tech wear-resistant materials, so that the machine has a longer service life.

4. Rolling belt: fixed on both sides of the body to support the whole body.

5. Body part: the important part of the whole coating machine is the body part. Its shape is similar to that of the rotary drum granulator. It is a large-scale equipment. It is made of special medium carbon steel plate by welding, and through strict quality.
