How does straw smash ferment organic fertilizer?

2020-03-06
Straw mills often fail in the biofertilizer project process, once the machinery fails, it will seriously affect the production efficiency, so when a failure occurs, we must first analyze where the cause appears, and then resolve it in a timely manner. So today we come to understand how to solve when the straw grinder fails.
biofertilizer project
The first thing to consider is the crushed material. If it is a straw with large moisture content, mix animal manure with straw, sawdust, and mushroom residue in an appropriate proportion (80-90% of manure and 10-20% of others). 1 ton of material (approximately 2.5 tons of fresh material) plus 1 kg of Fermentation Agent. Dilute 1 kg of Fermentation Agent and 5 kg of rice bran (or bran, corn flour and other substitutes) and then sprinkle it evenly into the material pile. Just stir and ferment. Note that it is best not to use "system bran" for rice bran. The nutrition and air permeability of fresh rice bran is much better than that of old rice bran.

During the fermentation process, attention should be paid to proper oxygen supply and heap turning. The temperature should be controlled at 55-65 ℃. Too high temperature will affect the nutrients. The moisture of the fermentation material should be controlled at 60 to 65%. Too high and too low are not conducive to fermentation, too little water and slow fermentation; too much water will lead to poor aeration, slow heating, and odor. The compost turner machine can be used in the process.

Method of adjusting material moisture: straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dried soil powder, etc. can be added if the moisture is too high. How to determine whether the moisture is suitable: Hold the material tightly with your hand, see the watermark in your fingers, but it will not drip, and it will fall off when you land.

The entire fertilizer manufacturing process usually completes the deodorization, fermentation, maturation, insecticide and sterilization of the material after 5-7 days. The finished organic fertilizer is fluffy, dark brown, slightly winey or earthy, nutrient-rich, and safer and more convenient to be applied to farmland. It is used for nutritious soil for fruits, vegetables, cash crops, seedlings and flowers, and has a higher value-added, although some materials Blockage is due to problems in the design of the straw mill, but more is caused by improper operation.
