Small organic fertilizer production line equipment with an annual output of 6000 tons
1. Turning machine: the material is directly piled into strips, and a wheel turner is used for straddle turning fermentation. According to your production scale, 1-5 fermentation tanks with a width of 3 meters and a length of 40-60 meters should be built according to your production scale. The fermentation materials will be continuously put into the fermentation tank, and the overturning and throwing fermentation can achieve the purpose of water regulation, uniform mixing, deodorization and dehumidification, which can save a lot of manpower and achieve the purpose of full decomposition;
2. Screening machine: the fermented organic fertilizer will be screened to separate the large pieces and foreign fiber inside, which is convenient for the next step of semi wet material crushing and granulation packaging.
3. NPK fertilizer granulator: the material is crushed and stirred before granulation;
4. Crusher: the large debris and stones in the screened organic fertilizer are separated and crushed, which is beautiful and can ensure the quality of products;
5. Drum dryer: drying and cooling the prepared particles;
6. Automatic packaging machine: the organic fertilizer granules are granulated and sold directly.
Production process of small-scale organic fertilizer with an annual output of 6000 tons
1. Build chicken manure fermentation tank. According to our own actual situation, we can build a chicken manure fermentation tank according to the standard of 50 × 3.5 × 1.5 (we can also plan the site according to the needs of customers). Chicken manure, sawdust, and other ingredients are composted at a time of 100 tons. The fermentation cycle is 14-20 days, twice a month, and the whole year is calculated as 10 months (except for low temperature weather), so it is reasonable to build three fermentation tanks to achieve an annual output of 6000 tons of chicken manure organic fertilizer.
2. A chicken manure fermentation machine, about 2 hours can turn the pile. On the third day of fermentation, the composting temperature can reach 50 ℃ to 70 ℃. At this time, the piles need to be turned over once a day. Different conditions in different places should be determined by experiments.
3. The compost after fermentation was further processed. We provide rotary drum granulator, flat die pellet mill, pan pelletizer and organic fertilizer granulator. These granulators are suitable for different materials. They can make organic fertilizer with high mixing ratio and high quality. After drying and cooling treatment, they can be packaged after screening.
