Biological composting methods: stacking fermentation, tank fermentation, trough fermentation
Organic fertilizer plays an extremely important role in agriculture. In recent years, the excessive use of chemical fertilizer for a long time has led to the decrease of soil organic matter and the diversity and function of soil microbial flora. Therefore, the research of organic fertilizer and the development of biofertilizer project become the inevitable trend of agricultural fertilizer development.
Organic fertilizer mainly uses livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, green manure, cake, grass ash and other solid agricultural and animal husbandry wastes as raw materials, uses compost dumper for oxygen consumption fermentation, and then uses crusher, fertilizer granulator machine, screening machine and other equipment to make bio organic fertilizer products.
Fermentation mode and compost turner machine
For the production of organic fertilizer by fermentation of solid agricultural and animal husbandry wastes, there are mainly "strip stack fermentation", "tank fermentation" and "trough fermentation".
1. "Stacking fermentation" process has loose requirements for the site, small investment and simple operation. Its disadvantages are rough production process, difficult to control product quality, and large environmental pollution around the production site. It is suitable for the fermentation production of a small amount of organic waste by farmers or farmers.
2. The advantages of the "tank fermentation" process are that the whole fermentation process can be strictly controlled, the quality of the produced organic fertilizer products is stable, the production process is clean and tidy, and the environmental pollution is small; the disadvantages are that the initial investment is large, the production cost is high and the production volume is small, which can not meet the requirements of large-scale organic waste treatment.
3. "Trough fermentation" process is an intermediate scheme between the above two processes, with moderate investment, large production capacity, easy operation of production links, little impact on the surrounding environment, and suitable for the centralized treatment of a large number of organic wastes.
In the existing organic fertilizer fermentation process, there are problems such as a small amount of processed materials, pollution of groundwater, and pollution of the environment by malodorous waste gas during fermentation. For these shortcomings, we recommend the use of trough fermentation compost production process, the compost turner machine has high production efficiency, large processing capacity, and high nutrient content of the obtained organic fertilizer.
