Organic fertilizer production process: centralized treatment mode for livestock and poultry manure

Technical requirements for centralized processing mode of organic fertilizer production are as follows: first of all, the processing materials must be stored without pollution. 1. In the livestock and poultry farms (households) covered by this model, effective measures should be taken to remove the manure in a timely and separate manner. It should not be mixed with urine manure and discharged, and the produced manure should be transported to the storage or disposal site in time to realize clearance of the waste. The storage facility shall adopt an effective anti-seepage treatment process to prevent contamination of the groundwater, and the storage facility shall be provided with measures such as rain cover (water) entering the top cover;

2. According to the type of livestock and poultry covered and the amount of cultivation, determine the proportioning parameters of organic fertilizer materials. If the surrounding area is dominated by cattle farms, the mode of cow dung + dry chicken manure + starter excipients may be used. If the surrounding area is mainly pig farm, pig manure + accessories can be used. Crop materials such as crop straw powder, straw powder, peanut shell powder, wheat bran, and sawdust can be selected from local resources.

3. The centralized processing center (organic fertilizer production site) needs to equip and construct the necessary organic fertilizer production equipment and facilities. The pretreatment of organic fertilizer is generally based on natural air drying or heating and drying. It is necessary to reduce the water content, adjust the PH value and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen. Finished; further drying, sieving and granulation are required after the completion of the organic material composting (smooth, uniform granular organic fertilizer is more suitable for mechanized fertilization, suitable for market demand).
