The method of compound fertilizer granulation is very large. You can choose your own compound fertilizer granulator machine according to your own raw materials and required production capacity.

1. The most basic disc granulator:After all the raw materials are mixed, the granulation device is a sloping disc. The disc rotates like a rolling element. It depends on the viscous material, and the spray water is rolled into granules. The drying and sieving is the fertilizer. The advantage is that the equipment is simple, but the formula needs to have a viscous material, which has certain formula restrictions and is suitable for low concentration. The production capacity is low, and the daily output is several tons to hundreds of tons.

2. The drum granulator is a slanting cylinder in the granulation device. Just like multiple discs overlap, the granulation efficiency is high. In addition, steam can be used between the materials in the reactor. The small viscosity can also be due to the high efficiency of water vapor filling and granulation. The recipe limit is small relative to the above.
The ratio of the above two nitrogen fertilizers should not be too high, the nitrogen is higher than 22, and the concentration is more than 40. It is difficult to do because the materials react to the water, and the drying conditions are difficult to reach the standard at the same time.

3. Spray granulation.:Spraying mostly refers to urea spray, which is to melt the urea and spray it into the NPK fertilizer production device to reduce the urea crushing process. If the urea plant is connected to the urea plant, the cost is saved. Fertilizers dissolve quickly, but most of them are high-nitrogen formulas with nitrogen greater than 20. Low nitrogen is not necessary to use urea from the perspective of cost savings.

The process conditions should also belong to the drum, the formula with high nitrogen content is low, and the particle shape is good.

4. High tower:The high tower is a high-temperature melting or compounding of the compound fertilizer material, which is thrown from a high altitude, and the surface tension causes a spherical shape when scattered. Screen again. The particles are less likely to agglomerate because they have less moisture during the high temperature process. The material is thoroughly mixed and the particles are crystal clear. Selling is good.
However, the reaction materials also need high purity, so the high concentration formula, the urea ratio is relatively high.

In addition: high tower costs are not suitable for frequent replacement of recipes; a lot of materials in the fertilizer manufacturing process, often changing the formula will result in higher costs.
