Organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer production process

First, the organic fertilizer manufacturing process
1. Ratio of raw materials per ton: 500 kg of cow dung + 300 kg of duck manure + 200 kg of bacteria residue + 100 g of microbial agent. (The above cow dung and duck manure can be replaced by other livestock manure)

2. Piles: According to the above ratio of raw materials, the piles are piled up according to the needs. The length of the piles is not limited, the width is 2 meters and the height is 1 meter. When the pile is piled, it is necessary to stack the materials evenly by layer.

3. Adding microbial agent: Expand the volume of the microbial agent and the microbial residue by a ratio of 1:5. After mixing evenly, sprinkle it on the surface of the pile according to the number of piles.

4. Stirring fermentation: Stir the mixture with a blender. After the temperature rises to 60 degrees or more, turn it over every 4-5 intervals, and ferment the mixture at 60 degrees or more for 15 days.

5. Sieving processing: according to the above steps after fermentation, after sieving and deep processing, it becomes pure organic fertilizer.

6. Granulation: The fermented pure organic fertilizer is granulated. Depending on the raw materials, first choose the fertilizer granulator machine, disc granulator, new type organic fertilizer granulator etc.

7. Drying, cooling and packaging: The newly prepared granules have a relatively large moisture content. The moisture needs to be dried to less than 20% of the organic fertilizer standard. The dried granular organic fertilizer is directly packaged after being cooled by a cooling machine.

 

Second, the biofertilizer production
1. Secondary fermentation: After the organic fertilizer is produced according to the above steps, the organic fertilizer is subjected to secondary stacking fermentation, and the temperature is lowered to 40 degrees after being stacked for 15-20 days, which will have the functions of phosphorus dissolving, potassium dissolving, nitrogen fixing and underground pest control. The fungicide is evenly added to the organic fertilizer in a ratio of 1:500.

2. Add functional bacteria to stir evenly: Add the functional microbial agent and fermented organic fertilizer to the organic fertilizer in proportion, and reach the bio-organic fertilizer standard after 7 days of fermentation.

3. Screening processing: The fermented bio-organic fertilizer is sieved into the warehouse.

4. Granulation: The processed functional pure bio-organic fertilizer is granulated. Depending on the raw materials, first choose the fertilizer granulator machine, such as disc granulator,etc.

5. drying, cooling, packaging: freshly produced particles have a relatively large moisture content, need to dry the water to less than 20% of the organic fertilizer standard, bio-organic fertilizer should choose low temperature when selecting the dryer (temperature below 80 degrees) ), the dried granular organic fertilizer is directly packaged after being cooled by a cooling machine.
