Characteristics of flat mold granulation organic fertilizer process

The organic fertilizer production process mainly consists of granulating and drying organic wastes with about 30% water content of fermented and decomposed, granulating and drying to prepare round-grain organic fertilizer, adding functional bacteria to produce bio-organic fertilizer, adding nitrogen, Phosphorus and potassium (total nutrient content less than 15%) can produce organic and inorganic fertilizers.


After sieving the fermented organic waste, the raw materials of the binder and the other components to be compatible are metered and dosed according to the ratio, and are quickly mixed by the bucket hoist into the fertilizer mixer for rapid mixing. The material slips out into the mixing bin, and is uniformly and continuously fed into the flat die extrusion fertilizer granulator machine by the disc feeder to form columnar particles; the columnar particles (equal diameter and length) are polished by a round particle polishing machine. The spherical particles are sent to the drying, cooling and sieving machine by the belt conveyor. The particles are dried at a low temperature and large air volume in the front part of the drying and cooling sieving machine, and then enter the cooling section for wind. The cold, fully cooled material enters the screen installed at the end of the cylinder to screen out the powder and large particles, and returns to the mixed granulation system; the finished granules are transported by the hoist to the finished silo, and are metered and packaged into the warehouse.

Process characteristics
(1) It can produce “spherical” pure organic fertilizer, organic inorganic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer by adopting flat die extrusion granulation and rounding and finishing new technology. Short process, low operating cost, uniform and round organic fertilizer particles, smooth surface, high compressive strength, good fluidity, microbial survival rate >90%, granulation rate 85-95%, particle diameter 3.5-4 mm.

(2) The new process of flat die extrusion granulation and rounding and finishing has strong adaptability to raw materials, and can solve the key technical problems that are difficult to solve by traditional granulation processes such as discs or drums:
1. The organic material after fermentation can be directly used for granulation without pre-drying and pulverization treatment.

2. The amount of organic materials can be increased to more than 95%.
