Our Kenya customers visit us on March, 2016 for his organic fertilizer production project in Kenya. Raw material is Chicken Manure and Straws. He wanted to set up a fertilizer production line 2-3 tons per hour. Of course, we can do it. So we make the design for him includes fermentation workshop and fertilizer production plant.
Introduction of Organic Fertilizer Production Plant
Our fertilizer production line can produce 2-3 tons of organic fertilizer particles per hour, and all kinds of organic waste can be converted into organic fertilizer.Bio-organic fertilizer plants not only convert waste (such as chicken manure, kitchen waste, etc.) into wealth, but also reduce environmental pollution.Granular shapes can be cylindrical or spherical for ease of transport and application.Depending on your actual needs, the device is optional.

Main Equipment in 2-3 tons per hour Organic Fertilizer Granulator Line
Fermentation process decomposes the organic waste and turns them into organic fertilizer. We provide 4 types of compost turners: Hydraulic Type Groove Turning Machine, Simple Groove Turning Machine, Double-screws Turning Machine, and Compost Windrow Turning Machine, all of which have gained great popularity in the international market. Our clients can choose whichever they like according to their preference.
The moisture content demand for biological fermentation organic fertilizer is between 25-50% with this machine, and crushing size meets the requirements of granulation. it also played an effect of grinding for glass, ceramics, bricks and gravel from organic fertilizer made of city life garbage, and reached the result for safe application. It is an ideal machine for fertilizer production and processing organization.
Horizontal mixer machine is a kind of fertilizer blending plant, it can mix the material with high uniformity and less residue. It is very suitable for the animal feed, concentrated feed, additive premix mixture. Mixed with high uniformity, less residue, suitable for more than two kinds of fertilizer, additive premix mixture.
This fertilizer granulator series is a new patented product researched and developed by our company and the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, which adopts new design and manufacturing technology : wet continuous push rod granulation.It has obtained the state practical patent. It is used for granulation for all kinds of organic matter after fermentation, crushing through the conventional organic prilling before granulating need not to dry and crush the raw materials. It can direct burdening to work out cylindrical grain, can save a lot of energy.
The granules coming from the granulator have high moisture content and should be dried to meet the standard. Rotary drum dryer adopts hot air to dry the pellet, high thermal energy efficiency, uniform drying.
6. Drum Cooler
Use dryer together can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity and improve the quality, further remove moisture, reduce the grain temperature of fertilizer.
Cooled fertilizer granules enter into the rotary screening machine. Unqualified granules are returned to the crusher. Qualified granules are sent to the packing system.
Granules packing machine is used for the quantitative packing of fertilizer granules. It consists of automatic weighing and packing machine, conveyor, sealing machine and feeder. High weighing accuracy, convenient operation. Packed fertilizer will be stored for sale
