Production process of compound fertilizer equipment

2020-01-06
In this era of rapid market development, the poultry breeding industry has also grown vigorously, and at the same time it has driven the demand for compound fertilizer equipment. The innovation of compound fertilizer equipment has won in fierce competition, and has attracted many investors’ favor.
NPK fertilizer production line

The process of NPK fertilizer production line can be divided into: raw material ingredients, raw material stirring, raw material granulation, granule drying, granule cooling, granule classification, finished film, finished product packaging.
1. Raw material ingredients:
Raw materials such as urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, ordinary calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other materials are provided in a certain proportion (according to market demand and local soils) Test results).

2. Stirring of raw materials:
The prepared raw materials are stirred evenly to increase the uniform fertilizer efficiency of the whole fertilizer particles.

3. Granulation of raw materials:
Feed the uniformly stirred raw materials into a fertilizer granulator machine (turning into granules can be used, and extrusion granulation can also be selected).

4. Particle drying:
The granules made by the granulator are sent to a dryer, and the moisture contained in the granules is dried to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage.

5. Particle cooling:
After drying, the temperature of the fertilizer particles is too high and it is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient for bagging, storage and transportation.

6. Particle classification:
The cooled granules are classified, and the unqualified granules are crushed and re-granulated, and the qualified products are sieved out.

7. Finished film:
Coating and coating qualified products will increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.

8. Finished product packaging:
Store the film-coated particles, that is, the finished product, in a ventilated place.
