What are the fermentation methods of rabbit manure?

Rabbit manure is rich in nutrients and can be processed into high-quality organic fertilizer. The following organic fertilizer production line manufacturers to introduce to you one by one.
1. Fermentation in fermentation tank
Build several fermentation tanks outside the enclosure of the rabbit farm, the size of which depends on the number of rabbits. The wall and bottom of the pool shall be bricked and plastered with cement, and then treated with anti-seepage cement to ensure no water seepage. Then pour the rabbit manure and dirt cleaned every day into the pool. When the pool is full, cover a layer of weeds on the surface of the manure, and cover the soil with a thickness of 10 cm. It can be used as fertilizer after fermentation for 1-2 months in winter and 2-3 weeks in summer.
2. Stacking fermentation
A dung dump shall be set up 100-200m away from the rabbit farm production area. A shallow ditch with a depth of 20-30cm, a width of 100-150cm and a length depending on the scale of the rabbit farm shall be dug and built. Firstly, a straw of 20-25cm shall be laid at the bottom of the ditch, on which the rabbit dung, bedding grass and dirt prepared for fermentation and disinfection shall be piled, with a thickness of 1-1.2m. Then, the dung dump shall be covered with 10cm thick cereal grass, which shall be covered with 10cm thick soil. It can be used as fertilizer. Compost can also be made into organic fertilizer products through fertilizer granulator and other organic fertilizer equipment for sale.
3. Biological heat disinfection
It is mainly used for the harmless treatment of waste and feces. Rabbit manure and waste should be piled up in a remote place far away from the rabbit house in the rabbit farm, so that the temperature can be as high as 70 ℃ by using the microorganism fermentation in the feces to produce heat. After a period of time, it can kill viruses, pathogens, coccidial oocysts and other pathogens to achieve the goal of disinfection, while maintaining the fecal fertility. This method is slow and inefficient.
Using rabbit manure to ferment organic fertilizer is a kind of low cost and beneficial to agricultural ecological cycle. It will still be the main way to solve the problem in the future.
