Organic materials will produce a lot of heat and consume a lot of oxygen in the fermentation process, but due to the large processing capacity of fermentation process, the pile is high. In order to fully and rapidly ferment the organic matter into small molecule organic matter and make the beneficial bacteria more active, only the oxygen content can be increased. In this case, with many years of experience in organic fertilizer commissioning and production, we have developed a set of turnover equipment for increasing oxygen supply during the high temperature period of compost, which can increase the physical oxygen content during the fermentation of biological organic fertilizer.
Compost turner machine is a kind of fermentation treatment equipment developed for biofertilizer project according to the characteristics of organic fertilizer fermentation, including walking type windrow turner and trough type turner. In the process of turnover operation, the turnover machine not only discards the materials to make them contact with the air, but also has the function of crushing, which greatly saves the time and labor force, greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality of the organic fertilizer plant, and greatly reduces the cost. Trough turner machine has a large scale of treatment, which needs to be operated on a fixed fermentation tank and can process compost in batches. When the organic fertilizer materials are completely decomposed, they need to be completely removed from the fermentation tank, and the new materials should be put in, and the cleared compost should be sent to the composting yard. For the convenience of spraying bacteria on materials, some auxiliary facilities can be added, such as automatic bacteria spraying device, etc.
According to the standard of bio inorganic fertilizer, the compost should be aged, adjusted for nutrition and inorganic matter, processed by fertilizer granulator machine and sold as compound fertilizer.
